Varietal Honey

Bees produce honey from nectar that they gather from different floral sources. The color and the taste of honey they produce hence is dependant upon the flower they visit. This is also what gives the honey its name, for example, Apple blossom honey is produced in hives that are typically place in or in close proximity to an apple orchard.

A common misconception amongst many is, "Pure honey never crystallizes". The truth is, all honey crystallizes at a certain temperature. So what to do when you have crystals forming in your honey? Set it on a warm sunny window or in a warm place or simply stick the bottle of honey in a warm water bath and leave it overnight. The important thing is that you do not want to heat that honey over 100F if you want the benefits of honey to remain. After 120F, the honey loses it priveledges of being called "raw".

Sometimes I feel lucky for living around raw honeybekind products. I and my family use their products 4 to 5 times and everyone loves it. My favorite flavor is Red bamboo so far but I have to explore more as they carry a lot more others too. I would like to thank honeybee’s team for providing us quality products and contributing their role in pittsburgh area.

Great taste and many varieties. All worth trying it. We tried one first, the six. Later we purchased 12 different bottles. Gave six to a friend. Eight more and keeps going. Adding honey to tea instead of sugar makes it a great substitute to sugar.

I am happy to say that “honey be kind” has made me a honey lover. My favorite is the cardamom honey. Second favorite is butter bean. The lavender soap smells so good and leaves my skin so soft. The quality of the products is outstanding.

I love this honey! Service is prompt and courteous, and the honey is the best that I’ve tasted. I’ve tried only the cranberry blossom, but I can hardly wait to taste other flavors. Thank you honeybekind.com.
